Privacy policy

Gatebuilder respects your privacy. Below you can read which data we process through poortbuilder.be, and why.

What data

When you request a demo, we receive the details you fill in yourself: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number and, if you provide them, your website and your message.

Why

We only use that data to contact you about your request and, if you wish, to send you a proposal. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long

We keep your data for as long as needed to follow up on your request, and after that only if it leads to a working relationship.

The demo configurator

In the demo you can choose a photo of a driveway. That photo stays in your browser and is not sent to us. If you send a request in the demo, nothing is sent.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To do so, email info@poortbuilder.be. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
